![]() John C. Goad was raised in Papua New Guinea where he gained his interest in theatre. As a member of the various theatre groups he would tour and perform shows in English and Pidgin at Colleges around the country. In 1979 he travelled to London to take up the position of Personal Assistant to the late British actor Patrick Cargill. He studied with Studio 68, London and was a founding member of Stage 80. John (the son of "Jack" and Emily Goad of Papua New Guinea) has taught Papua New Guinea Pidgin at the University of Sydney for the Youth Abroad Program, and is also available for voice overs and translation work in PNG Pidgin English. John has studied the Hindi language for a number of years.
